2 editions (2020, 2021). Organization of experimental large-scale online projects to match NGOs and organizations in media, non-formal education, culture and peace-building. 

The main goal was to connect organizations in grant consortiums, brainstorming international projects. Online brokerage of 600+ NGOs from 10 countries, 1100+ participants. We created custom online methodology, marketing campaigns and facilitated the project to achieve the results.

Case for House of Europe and Deutsche Botschaft Kiew

2 editions (2020, 2021). Organization of hackathon/ideathon to connect cultural and tech sectors in Ukraine, to generate digital solutions for cultural and creative sectors affected during COVID crisis.  The event reached record-breaking numbers in terms of projects and participants in Ukraine over the last 5 years. 1300 participants on-boarded to digital platforms and worked online on their projects, which were further implemented and funded by partners.

Case for House of Europe

Transforming the format of delegations and study tours into comprehensive and interactive online programs. 9 separate laboratories (on average 1 week each)  for a selected group of professionals from cultural and creative spheres. The goal of the lab was to educate, share experience with international experts, collaborate and find potential partners in the EU.

Case for Mystetskyi Arsenal and Frankfurt Buchmesse

Organization and facilitation of collaborative events for book industry professionals from Ukraine, Germany, Georgia, France, Switzerland, Baltic countries and Belarus. The goal was to brainstorm and collaborate on issues concerning fairs/festivals, book promotions, and visual storytelling. 200+ participants, 9 countries, complex format and moderation for effective B2B networking. 

Case for Ministry of Culture of Ukraine

Organization of governmental online forum for cultural and creative industries. The goal was to create a digital workflow, make the forum interactive, connect officials, international experts, and creative businesses to discuss ways of adjusting to the new reality.

6 streams, 1000+ participants,  450 000 comms coverage. 

Case for Ukrainian Institute

Moderation and technical support for a complex online project of Ukrainian Institute (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine). The goal was to re-think the format to digital, set up an interactive online platform and make digital experience easy and fun.

332 selected participants, 25 countries, 5 governmental conferences.

Facilitation of immersive online B2B matchmaking between publishers from 17 countries. An organization and facilitation of 150+ B2B meetings  for the book industry online. The goal was to develop a comprehensive tech flow and algorithm for networking between partners, facilitate, on-board to digital platforms and make communication easy and fun.

Case for German Marshall Fund & DigiCity

Organization of virtual salon and interactive online workshop to brainstorm ideas on how digitization, big data, civic engagement help with urban problems. The goal was to collect insights in 3 cities (Austin, USA, Kyiv, Ukraine and Hamburg, Germany) and present them in the international conference of GMF. 80+ participants, 4 streams with government, academy, civil society and business representatives. 

Case for Nestle

Organization of corporate programs based on a design-thinking methodology to facilitate innovative ideas inside Nestle Ukraine & Moldova and turn them into working product prototypes. Participants learned how to generate ideas in a team, solve challenges and prototype products, as well as present them and collect feedback from mentors and potential users.

150+ participants, 15 teams, 42 challenges, 7 departments, 5 geographies, 15+ final solutions presented to top management, 3 solutions taken by top-management for potential implementation. Developed in partnership with Yes&Design.

Case for Parimatch Tech

Organization of the first online/offline gaming hackathon in Central Asia by Parimatch Kazakhstan & Parimatch Tech. Search for innovative ideas and solutions for the betting and gaming industry, hire tech talents, increase employer brand and brand awareness. The participants had a chance to develop their own ideas or brainstorm the corporate challenge.   

600+ participants, 47 teams, 5 projects were supported by the partners and 3 specialists received work offers.

Case for Tezos Ukraine

Organization of the online blockchain hackathon for the development of decentralized financial products. The goal was to engage new leads to the Tezos ecosystem and foster the communication between developers and the platform. 

250+ participants, 24 teams, 6 projects were supported by the partners. 

Case for SocialBoost

Tech facilitation. Scenarios and management of the governmental investment forum online. Organization of digital bridge between startup ecosystems of Kyiv and Mariupol. 

Case for Fozzy Group, McKinsey & Company

Organization of data science challenge for one of the largest retail networks in Ukraine with the goal to hire new talents. Participants worked on data science cases in retail. The project was held in hybrid (online/offline) format. 1400 participants, 80 participants at the offline finals.

194 teams worked during the challenge, 9 teams were supported by partners.

Organization of the international online marathon of creating ideas, which aims to change the conventional perception of the User Generated Content (UGC) and new media. The goal was to create innovative approaches and brand awareness for partners.  

500+ participants, 30+ mentors. 53 teams, 9  projects were chosen by partners to support and mentor further.
